| 33 A Józef i jego matka dziwili się tymi rzeczami, które mówiono o nim. | 33 And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him. |
| 34 I Symeon błogosławił im, i powiedział do Marii jego matki, Oto to dziecię ustanowione jest na upadek i na powstanie wielu w Izraelu; i na znak, przeciwko któremu będą mówić; | 34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against; |

| 38 I ona przychodząc w tej właśnie chwili, też dziękowała Panu, i mówiła o nim wszystkim tym którzy oczekiwali odkupienia w Jerozolimie. | 38 And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem. |
| 39 A gdy wykonali wszystko według prawa Pana, powrócili do Galilei, do ich własnego miasta Nazaretu. | 39 And when they had performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth. |
| 40 I dziecko rosło, i umacniało się w duchu, napełnione mądrością: a łaska Boga była na nim. | 40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. |

| 46 I stało się, że po trzech dniach znaleźli go w świątyni, siedzącego wśród nauczycieli, zarówno ich słuchając, jak i zadając im pytania. | 46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. |

| 51 I zszedł z nimi, i przyszedł do Nazaretu, i był im posłuszny: ale jego matka zachowywała wszystkie te mowy w swoim sercu. | 51 And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart. |
| 52 A Jezus pomnażał się w mądrości i we wzroście, i w przychylności u Boga i u człowieka. | 52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man. |
