| 8 Uzdrawiajcie chorych, oczyszczajcie trędowatych, wskrzeszajcie umarłych, wypędzajcie diabły: darmo otrzymaliście, darmo dawajcie. | 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. |
| 9 Nie bierzcie ze sobą złota, ani srebra, ani miedzi w wasze trzosy, | 9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses, |
| 10 Ani torby na drogę, ani dwóch płaszczy, ani obuwia, ani nawet lasek: bowiem pracownik jest godny swego wyżywienia. | 10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat. |
| 11 A do któregokolwiek miasta albo miasteczka wejdziecie, dowiedzcie się, kto w nim jest godny; i tam pozostańcie dopóki nie odejdziecie. | 11 And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence. |
| 12 A gdy wchodzicie do domu, pozdrówcie go. | 12 And when ye come into an house, salute it. |
| 13 I jeśli ten dom jest tego godny, niech zstąpi na niego wasz pokój: ale jeśli nie jest godny, niech wasz pokój powróci do was. | 13 And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. |
| 14 A ktokolwiek was nie przyjmie, ani nie usłucha waszych słów, gdy wychodzicie z tego domu albo miasta, strząśnijcie pył z waszych stóp. | 14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. |
| 15 Zaprawdę powiadam wam, Lżej będzie ziemi Sodomy i Gomory w dzień sądu, niż temu miastu. | 15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. |
| 16 Oto ja posyłam was jak owce między wilki: bądźcie więc roztropni jak węże, a łagodni jak gołębice. | 16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. |
| 17 Ale strzeżcie się ludzi: bowiem będą was wydawać do rad, i będą was biczować w swoich synagogach; | 17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; |
| 18 I będziecie prowadzeni przed namiestników i królów z mego powodu, na świadectwo przeciwko nim i Gojom. | 18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. |
| 19 Ale gdy was wydadzą, nie martwcie się jak i co macie mówić: bowiem będzie wam dane w tej samej godzinie co macie mówić. | 19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. |
| 20 Bowiem nie wy mówicie, ale Duch waszego Ojca, który mówi w was. | 20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. |
| 21 I brat wyda brata na śmierć, a ojciec dziecko: a dzieci powstaną przeciwko rodzicom, i spowodują żeby zostali skazani na śmierć. | 21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. |
| 22 I będziecie znienawidzeni przez wszystkich z powodu mego imienia: lecz ten kto wytrwa do końca, będzie zbawiony. | 22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. |
| 23 A gdy będą was prześladować w tym mieście, uciekajcie do innego: bo zaprawdę powiadam wam, Nie obejdziecie miast Izraela, aż Syn człowieczy przychodzi. | 23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come. |
| 24 Uczeń nie jest wyżej od swego mistrza, ani sługa wyżej od swego pana. | 24 The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. |
| 25 Wystarczy uczniowi, że jest jak jego mistrz, a sługa jak jego pan. Jeśli nazywali gospodarza domu Belzebubem, o ile bardziej będą tak nazywać jego domowników? | 25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? |
| 26 Dlatego nie bójcie się ich: bowiem nie ma nic zakrytego, co nie będzie ujawnione; ani tajemnego, co nie będzie poznane. | 26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. |
| 27 Co ja mówię wam w ciemności, wy opowiadajcie to w świetle: a co słyszycie na ucho, rozgłaszajcie to na dachach. | 27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. |
| 28 I nie bójcie się tych, którzy zabijają ciało, lecz nie mogą zabić duszy: ale raczej bójcie się tego, który może zniszczyć zarówno duszę i ciało w piekle. | 28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. |
| 29 Czy nie sprzedają dwóch wróbli za kwartnika? a ani jeden z nich nie spadnie na ziemię bez woli waszego Ojca. | 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. |
| 30 Lecz wszystkie włosy na waszej głowie są policzone. | 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. |
| 31 Nie bójcie się więc, jesteście cenniejsi niż wiele wróbli. | 31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. |
| 32 Ktokolwiek więc wyzna mnie przed ludźmi, jego ja również wyznam przed moim Ojcem który jest w niebie. | 32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. |
| 33 A ktokolwiek wyprze się mnie przed ludźmi, jego ja również wyprę się przed moim Ojcem, który jest w niebie. | 33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. |
| 34 Nie myślcie, że przychodzę zesłać pokój na ziemię: Nie przyszedłem zesłać pokoju, ale miecz. | 34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. |
| 35 Bo przychodzę poróżnić syna z jego ojcem, i córkę z jej matką, i synową z teściową. | 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. |
| 36 I wrogami człowieka będą jego swoi domownicy. | 36 And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. |
| 37 Ten kto miłuje ojca albo matkę bardziej niż mnie, nie jest mnie godny: i ten kto miłuje syna albo córkę bardziej niż mnie, nie jest mnie godny. | 37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. |
| 38 I ten kto nie bierze swego krzyża, i nie idzie za mną, nie jest mnie godny. | 38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. |
| 39 Ten kto znajduje swoje życie, straci je: a ten kto traci swoje życie z mego powodu, znajdzie je. | 39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. |
| 40 Ten kto was przyjmuje mnie przyjmuje, a ten kto mnie przyjmuje przyjmuje tego który mnie posłał. | 40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. |

| 42 A ktokolwiek poda jednemu z tych małych choćby kubek zimnej wody w imię ucznia, zaprawdę powiadam wam, ten w żaden sposób nie straci swojej nagrody. | 42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. |
